1. How much does online tutoring cost and can anyone use this service?
Online tutoring is FREE for all currently enrolled students.
2. I noticed online tutoring is hosted on Blackboard, but I'm not taking any online classes and I don’t have a Blackboard account. How would I use this service?
All currently enrolled students have access. Login with your campus email/portal user name and password.
3. What subjects and times are offered?
This information is available on the front page of our online tutoring webpage.
4. Can we copy the chat transcript from our online tutoring session in case we need to look back on it for reference?
Yes! It's just plain text, so you can easily copy and paste text into Word, Notepad, etc.
5. Can I use this feature on my mobile or tablet device?
Yes! There's a Collaborate mobile app.
6. If I’m having technical trouble with online tutoring, who do I contact?
Please submit a ticket at uaptc.edu/it-services-ticket. Contact Terry Brown if it's an issue related to tutoring services.
