UA - Pulaski Tech to expand online workforce training, reskilling opportunities through ed2go partnership

University of Arkansas – Pulaski Technical College announced a strategic partnership with ed2go, a Cengage Group company and leading provider of adult online education, to launch an expanded catalog of online career training and professional development programs.

Through the partnership, UA-PTC now offers hundreds of affordable, 100% online courses designed to help residents upskill, reskill, and earn industry-recognized certifications in high-demand fields, including healthcare, information technology, and skilled trades like HVAC.

"This partnership is a natural fit," said Sharon Cantrell, director of the UA-PTC Business and Industry Center. "We understand the value of career training in today’s ever-changing job market and the need to provide flexible options for learners to quickly and effectively expand their employment opportunities. ed2go has a proven background that will help us best meet our community's evolving educational needs."

Programs feature both self-paced and instructor-led options, offering flexibility for adult learners to complete coursework anytime, anywhere while collaborating with peers and instructors.

Course options include:

  • Career and Certification Training: Industry-aligned tracks for workforce entry and advancement, accessible at careertraining.uaptc.edu.
  • Personal and Professional Development: Skill-building courses focused on transferable professional competencies, accessible at ed2go.com/uaptc2go.
