Matthew Lemaster recognized as top HVACR educator
Matthew Lemaster, assistant teaching professor of HVACR at UA – Pulaski Tech, has been named one of the Top 25 Most Influential HVACR Educators & Trainers of 2026 by HVAC Excellence and TruTech Tools.
Lemaster was chosen from thousands of nominations submitted by the HVACR community. The award honors leaders who are actively shaping the next generation of skilled professionals in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration industries.
The announcement celebrated the honorees as individuals whose passion "fuels careers and transforms classrooms." Their contributions are credited with elevating industry standards and inspiring countless students to pursue high-demand careers.
As a token of appreciation, Lemaster and the other honorees will have their names printed on a commemorative T-shirt for attendees of the 2026 National HVACR Education Conference, scheduled for March 22–25 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The recognition highlights the significant impact Lemaster has made in preparing a future-focused workforce.
