Culinary graduate and MasterChef star Jennifer Maune joins UA - Pulaski Tech Board of Visitors

The appointment of Jennifer Maune of Little Rock to the UA-PTC Board of Visitors was announced by Gov. Sarah Huckabee-Sanders on Nov. 16. Her term extends until July 1, 2030. Ms. Maune replaces Wade Radke, whose term expired June 30, 2023.

Jennifer Maune is a certified culinary chef and pastry chef, lifestyle blogger, photographer, and realtor. In 2017, she founded a lifestyle website, JenniferMaune.com, where she shares recipes, home design, entertaining tips, and holiday inspiration. Her website and social media channels receive over a million monthly impressions and 275,000+ followers.

Jennifer recently finished as a Finalist on MasterChef with Gordon Ramsay, she was chosen as a Better Homes and Gardens Stylemaker for the past three years, has a licensed comfort mat line in Williams Sonoma, and will be releasing Heritage Seasoning brand in December.

Jennifer recently completed an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts and Associate Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts at the University of Arkansas Pulaski Technical College Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute, graduating with highest honors. She was selected for the Chancellor’s List and inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She also has a BA in Speech Communications from Ouachita Baptist University.

She holds certifications from the The Junior League Organizational Development Institute, the Delta Leadership Institute Executive Leadership Academy, the Leadership for the 21st Century Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education, and an Advanced Certification in Pastry from the Le Cordon Bleu Paris.

Her work has been featured on the TODAY Show, Better Homes and Gardens, Cottages and Bungalows, American Farmhouse Style, Country Living Magazine, Oprah Magazine, and At Home in Arkansas.

“I am honored to be appointed to the UA - Pulaski Technical College Board of Visitors,” Maune said. “I look forward to working with my fellow board members and the College administration to build upon what is already an excellent institution. As central Arkansas strives to create a qualified workforce to expand our economic development efforts, UA-PTC is well suited to take the lead in these efforts. As a local business owner and recent graduate of the College, I am looking forward to being a part of that movement.”

University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College is advised by a seven-member Board of Visitors who are appointed by the Governor of the State of Arkansas. Each member serves a seven-year term and resides within the UA - Pulaski Tech service area.
