
Youth Baking and Culinary Camp scholarships up for grabs
The UA-PTC Foundation is currently offering four scholarships to attend UA-PTC's annual Youth Baking and Culinary Camp. Aspiring young chefs between the ages of 10-17 have until Friday, June 11, 2021 to apply for the Mr. Gerone Hobbs Culinary Camp Scholarship, Dr. Marico Bryant Howe Culinary Camp Scholarship and the Sille Educational Consulting, LLC Culinary Scholarships. Each of the three scholarships provides tuition up to $250 for one camp. Eligibility requirements include:
- Prospective culinary camper must be a first-generation college student (neither parent has a 4-year college degree)
- Minority background
- Complete the application
- Provide 125-word essay describing your desire to attend culinary camp.
