Health Information Tech program to host open house March 18
Health Information Professionals Week is March 22-28. While the general public may be unaware of the important work happening behind the scenes, health information professionals work hard all year managing patients' health information data to ensure its accuracy, accessibility, and security.
The UA-PTC Health Information Technology (HIT) program will celebrate the occasion with an open house on Wednesday, March 18 from 12-2 p.m. in the Allied Health Education Center (AHEC) building, room 125 at the Main Campus. Visitors can enjoy popcorn and punch while receiving valuable information about the HIT program. Students and faculty will be on hand to answer questions.
For more information, contact Dr. Kathy Trawick, HIT Program Director at (501) 812-2350 or [email protected].
