Future Fit is a program designed to enhance technical skills for individuals who seek a career in advanced manufacturing.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Future Fit provides the training to obtain the skills needed to be competitive when looking for entry-level employment in the field of manufacturing regardless of your job history.

Participants can expect the following:

Combination of instructor-led, hands-on, video, and online instruction
Support from a learning coach
Regular deadlines will be outlined
Opportunity to become OSHA 10 certified
Interviews with industry partners
Smart resume

Although there is no guarantee of employment, participants should be actively seeking and willing to consider full-time job opportunities in the field of manufacturing at the conclusion of the training.

Interviews may be held with the following partners:

Classes are held at the UA-PTC Business and Industry Center
- 12 week program
- Career Fair
- Interviews with Industry Partners
Up to 12 participants will be accepted into the program

ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS

GED/ High School diploma
Career Readiness Certificate
Reliable Internet/Computer access
