    Dr. Angela Kremers is the Dean of the School of Technical and Professional Studies. Prior to joining UA-PTC, Dr. Kremers’ most recent positions were Associate Director and Director at the Arkansas Department of Education Division of Career and Technical Education, where she provided senior administrative leadership in support of the division's efforts to prepare Arkansas students for future college and career success.

    Prior to her work at ADE, she was Associate Director of Global Initiatives at Arkansas State University, State Director at international nonprofit Best Buddies International, Senior Director of Corporate Strategy at East Initiative, and Senior Program Associate for Education at the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation.

    Other professional experience includes career and technical education in secondary and post-secondary settings, as well as work in healthcare.

    Association of College and University Educators (ACUE) - ACUE prepares, credentials, and supports faculty to teach with research-based best practices that improve student achievement and close equity gaps. ACUE Microcredential Promoting Active Learning Online - Individuals who earn this certificate have demonstrated knowledge of and skill in implementing teaching practices that promote student achievement.
