Culinary and Hospitality Programs

UA-PTC Culinary Student

The Arkansas Workforce Center projects that the Culinary, Baking, and Hospitality industries will experience exponential growth in the next 5 years. Get a head start on your career with us!

In just three short semesters students can earn one of the following:

  • Certificate of Proficiency in Basic Food Preparation
  • Certificate of Proficiency in Hospitality and Restaurant Operations
  • Certificate of Proficiency in Basic Baking

In four semesters students can earn one of the following:

  • Technical Certificate in Culinary Arts
  • Technical Certificate in Hospitality Management
  • Technical Certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts

In addition to FREE tuition and fees, students will receive chef uniforms, all books, and a Culinary Knife Kit to use at the culinary school at no cost to students or their parents!

After completing four semesters of concurrent credit with us, students will only need two semesters to complete one of the following:

  • Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts
  • Associate of Applied Science in Hospitality Management
  • Associate of Applied Science in Baking and Pastry

All culinary programs offered are accredited by the American Culinary Federation.
