Career Climb is offered through the University of Arkansas – Pulaski Technical College (UA-PTC) Business and Industry Center and connects workforce training with community and industry partnerships. Together, we are helping participants develop the skills they need to succeed while strengthening the workforce throughout Central Arkansas.

Fall 2026 Schedule:
October 26 – December 11, 2026 Monday through Friday Mon/Wed/ Friday 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. and Tuesday/Thursday 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. Lunch will be provided daily through Lunch and Learn sessions.
Location of Classes:
Training for the Career Climb program will be held at UA Pulaski Tech's Little Rock-South Site, 13000 Interstate 30, Little Rock, AR.
Cost:
$3,000. Career Climb is approved for $3,000 tuition through the Arkansas Workforce Challenge Scholarship!
