SPRING 2025 IMPORTANT DATES
Classes start Jan. 21

Registration Open: October 1 - January 27

Students can register for Fall courses. Faculty and advisors are available.

Spring Online Admissions Application Open: through January 27

Students can complete a Spring 2025 online Admissions Application.

All documents must be received by January 27 to be admitted for 16-week and 1st 8-week registration.

Charging Books: January 6 – February 3

Students with financial aid in place and expecting a refund may charge their books at the bookstore or online at Bookstore (uaptc.edu)

Offices Open Late: January 14, 15, 16 & 21, 22

Student service areas (Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, Advising, and Bursar) remain open until 6 p.m. or until the last student is served.

Payment Deadline: January 21

Students should set up a payment option or have Financial Aid awarded to cover charges to register for future classes.

The deadline to set up a 3-month payment plan is January 27. After that, a 2-month payment plan may be set up.

Attendance Due/Drop for Non-Attendance/Roster Certifications: January 31 - Feb. 4 (the due date for roster certification is Feb. 4 at 11:59 p.m.)

Instructors are required to report attendance by these dates.

Student Refunds Begin: February 24 (Direct Deposit Only)

Refunds for students for whom attendance has been reported will be issued.
