Registration Open
April 2 – August 18
Students can register for Fall courses. Faculty and advisors are available.
16 Week Late Registration
August 19 - 23
(The 1st 8-week late registration period is through August 21.) New students may register, and current students may add/drop/swap classes. Registration reference guides can be found at https://projectone.uasys.edu/workday-training-for-students.
Fall Online Admissions Application
September 1 - August 23
Students can complete a Fall 2024 online Admissions Application.
All documents must be received by August 23 to be admitted for 16-week and 1st 8-week registration.
Charging Books
August 3-4 & 12–30
Students with financial aid in place and expecting a refund may charge their books at the bookstore or online at Bookstore (uaptc.edu)
Offices Open Late
August 12, 13, 14, 15, & 19, 20, 21
Student service areas (Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, Advising, and Student Accounts) remain open until 6 p.m. or until the last student is served.
Payment Deadline
August 19
Students should set up a payment option or have Financial Aid awarded to cover charges to register for future classes. The deadline to set up a 3-month payment plan in Nelnet is August 26. After that, a 2-month payment plan may be set up.
50% Tuition and Fees Refund for 16 Week Classes
August 24 – August 30
Students who drop during this time will receive a 50% refund.
After August 30, tuition and fees charged to students are not refunded.
Attendance Due/Drop for Non-Attendance
September 3
Instructors are required to report attendance by this date.
Students for whom no attendance is reported will be dropped.
Financial Aid Student Refunds Begin
September 24 (Direct Deposit Only)
Refunds for students for whom attendance has been reported will be issued.
2nd Midpoint Disbursement for Fall Only is 10/11, and refund is 10/18
2nd 8 Week only disbursement for Fall is 10/30, and the refund is 11/8
2nd 8 Week 30-day delay disbursement 11/11 and refund is 11/15
