Admissions Requirements

Welcome to UA - Pulaski Tech!

Please provide the following documents below to the Office of Admissions based on your student type. For questions, contact (501) 812-2231 or e-mail [email protected]

First Time Freshmen

  • Official high school transcripts/GED scores (Official transcript must be in the sealed envelope from the institution. Your high school can mail your transcript to UA-PTC.)
  • Official test scores: ACT, SAT, COMPASS and ACCUPLACER accepted. If you have not taken one of these tests or it’s been five years since your last test, schedule an appointment to take the ACCUPLACER at UA-PTC!
  • Immunization records: Proof of two (2) MMRs (measles, mumps, rubella) for students born after January 1, 1957.

High School Student

  • Official "in-progress" high school transcripts (Official transcript must be in the sealed envelope from the institution. Your high school can mail your transcript to UA-PTC or send it electronically through TRIAND.)
  • Submit SAT or ACT scores or schedule an appointment to take the ACCUPLACER at UA-PTC.

Transfer Student

  • Official college transcripts
  • Transcripts can be mailed or sent electronically by the institution (not faxed) OR hand-delivered in a sealed envelope. Enrollment history is reviewed for each applicant. A transcript or letter of non-enrollment is required from each institution listed on the application.
  • Immunization records: Proof of two (2) MMRs (measles, mumps, rubella) for students born after January 1, 1957.

Non-Degree Student

  • Submit test scores: Some classes require a qualifying test score. Contact advising at (501) 812-2220 for more information on what scores to submit.
  • Immunization records: Proof of two (2) MMRs (measles, mumps, rubella) for students born after January 1, 1957.

Note: Non-degree seeking students are not eligible for financial aid.


Returning or Visiting Student

  • All returning students who apply for admission will be reviewed for prior enrollment history before being cleared to register.
  • You must be enrolled at a college or university in the semester prior to enrollment at UA-PTC to be eligible to attend as a visiting student. All visiting students who apply for admission will be reviewed for current enrollment history before being cleared to register.

Note: Visiting students are not eligible for financial aid.

Submitting Documents

Documents can be submitted to the Office of Admissions by the following options:

Option 1: Bring documents to a Student Services office location:

Main Campus, Campus Center Building, Room 212: 3000 West Scenic Drive, North Little Rock, AR
