Academic Bio:
Wayne Floyd is Chief Information Officer for UA – Pulaski Tech. He began serving in the role in Nov. 2022. He previously served as the college's Director of Systems Programming and Database Services beginning in Sept. 2013.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Henderson State University. He has been active in higher education for the past 17 years in a variety of roles such as student support for online learning, software support analyst, director of system programming and database services, and an instructor of CCNA networking, PC maintenance, PC operating systems, and developmental mathematics.

IT Services at UA - Pulaski Tech provides information technology leadership and support to both students and employees. IT Services responsibilities include help desk and workstation support, protection of the integrity of the college’s data and administrative systems and providing enterprise-wide services in networking, systems maintenance, systems development, security, and telephony.
