    Mrs. Sterling, is an instructor in the Business Division at University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College. She teaches Keyboarding I and II, Business Ethics and Administrative Office Procedures.

    Mrs. Sterling has an extensive background in technology training and adult education. Mrs. Sterling has two Associate degrees, a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Arkansas.

    Prior to becoming a full-time educator, Mrs. Sterling worked in the legal offices of Compton, Prewett, Thomas & Hickey, P.A., in El Dorado, Arkansas and later for Lewis, Mitchell and Garnett, P.A., in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Prior to joining University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College, Mrs. Sterling worked as a Deputy Clerk, Courtroom Deputy, Case Coordinator, Electronic Sound Recorder, Deputy in Charge and Training Manager for the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas and the Arkansas Supreme Court. Notable is her over 20 years’ work with the State and Federal Courts in Arkansas.

    Mrs. Sterling is member of the Phi Beta Lamda professional division and co-advisor to the paralegal students. Currently, she is devoted to teaching online and in the classroom. Mrs. Sterling has a great passion for helping students succeed. She is determined to uncover the secrets of how successful people and organizations communicate and she has a special interest in how people fit into society, their relationships and their work and she believes that the road to the success is to never give up trying.
